At David & Sarah Ottawa, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them beyond fitting purposes is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

You must request your return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@david&sarah.com.

After your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address of our fulfillment partner.

The item must be shipped back at your own expense. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees if applicable.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of tracking.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved as meeting our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds can only be issued after the returned product has been received and verified.
Liability

David & Sarah Ottawa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
